Orders & payment
At checkout you'll see Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay as standard options, with additional methods appearing depending on your region. All payments are processed by Stripe on PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure. Stripe handles card details inside an embedded form, so the full card number and CVC never travel through our own servers. We only receive the information Stripe shares with us, such as the last four digits, the card brand, and the result of the charge.
Yes. At checkout, each line item has a Gift toggle. Enable it to enter the recipient's email, a delivery date and time, and an optional personal message. The code is held until the scheduled time and then released automatically. Gift orders follow the same refund rules as regular orders: refundable while unredeemed and not refundable once activated. If the recipient never claims it, you can cancel the gift from your account in line with our Refund Policy.
Every order, code and invoice is grouped under Dashboard then Orders once you are signed in. Invoices include a VAT breakdown and the registered company details for FARALA LTD, which makes them suitable for business or freelancer accounting. If you paid as a guest and need an invoice, send us the order number and the email used at checkout and we'll send one to you.
Delivery
Most orders are delivered shortly after payment confirmation. Once Stripe confirms your payment, your activation code appears in your Fralforge account under Orders, and a copy is also sent to the email you used at checkout, so even if the email is filtered into spam you still have a copy in your account. Occasionally a product needs additional verification before the code is released. When that happens, you'll see status updates on the order page. If a longer delay occurs, please write to support and our team will help, either by reissuing the order or providing an eligible refund.
Codes are delivered exclusively via email and your account dashboard. Your activation code is sent to the email used at checkout and is also available in your Fralforge account under Orders, so you can copy it again later if needed. We do not ship anything physical.
Activation
Open Steam on your desktop and sign in. From the top menu, choose Games and then Activate a Product on Steam. Steam will guide you through a short wizard. When prompted, paste the code from your order email. Accept the Steam Subscriber Agreement on the final screen and the product will be added to your library. If Steam shows an error such as the code being unavailable or invalid, please do not retry repeatedly. Instead, take a screenshot of the error and email support@fralforge.com with your order number, and our support team will review the order and assist.
Each platform has a slightly different path. On PS5, open the PlayStation Store, tap the three-dot menu and choose Redeem Codes. On Xbox Series, press the Xbox button to open the guide, head to Store, and select Redeem. On Nintendo Switch, open the eShop, choose the user account you want the product on, and select Redeem Code in the sidebar. Each code is consumed the first time it is entered successfully, so keep the order email until the product appears in your library and avoid sharing the code before you've used it yourself.
Yes. Once activated, the licence is associated with your platform account in line with the platform's own terms. Fralforge is the retailer of record for the code, but ongoing access depends on the platform that hosts the product. If, in the future, the platform itself goes offline or the publisher delists the product, that is outside what any retailer can control.
Regions & compatibility
Some products have region-specific activation requirements. Where this applies, the requirement is listed clearly on the product page, in the cart, and on the final checkout review screen. We recommend reviewing those details before completing your purchase to make sure the product is compatible with your platform account. If you're unsure whether a product is suitable for your situation, please contact support before purchasing and we'll be happy to help you choose.
Fralforge sells to customers worldwide, with limited exceptions. We do not provide services to jurisdictions subject to UK or EU sanctions or other applicable trade restrictions, and our payment processor may decline orders in certain circumstances based on its own fraud-prevention rules. If a payment is declined at checkout, the reason is shown on the page, and you can try another payment method or contact us. We are based in the United Kingdom and operate under English law.
Refunds
Yes, in line with the conditions in our Refund Policy. In general, an unredeemed code can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided we can verify in our system that it has not been activated against any platform account. Once a code has been redeemed, it cannot normally be refunded, as activated digital content is treated as supplied content under UK and EU consumer-protection law. We aim to handle eligible refund requests promptly. For full details, please see our Refund Policy page.
If your code is rejected at activation, please take a screenshot of the exact error shown by the platform and email support@fralforge.com within 72 hours of placing the order, including your order number and the email used at checkout. Our support team will review the order and, where eligible, reissue a replacement code or provide a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Your account
No, you can complete a purchase as a guest and the code will arrive at the email you provided. Creating an account is quick and gives you a permanent record of your orders, an easy way to request a code reissue if your inbox loses an email, and the option to receive member-only updates. Account creation requires email verification.
Yes. Go to the sign-in page and use the Forgot password link. We'll send a one-time reset token to the email on file, valid for 30 minutes for security. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with the account, contact support with proof of a previous order, such as a partial card number or an order ID, so we can verify your identity before helping you switch to a new email.
Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and ours is encrypted. Payments are processed by Stripe inside an embedded Payment Element, which means your card data is not stored on our servers. We also publish a Responsible Disclosure policy so security researchers know how to reach us. We do not sell or share customer information for marketing.
If you notice an unfamiliar charge, please contact your bank to open a dispute and email support@fralforge.com with the order number on the statement as soon as possible. We will freeze the account associated with the order, void any unredeemed codes, and cooperate with the chargeback investigation. The sooner you tell us, the more we can do, particularly while the codes are still unredeemed.
No. We sell gift cards, mobile top-ups, eSIMs and platform activation codes only. We do not sell in-game currency, account boosting or any service that would breach a platform's terms of service. If you ever see something listed under our brand that falls outside this scope, please report it to support@fralforge.com.
