To fully use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old; if under 18, obtain parental or guardian consent.

• Register an Account with correct and up-to-date information, including a valid email and username.

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials; sharing your account is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Creating an Account allows you to browse, purchase, and manage digital products, track orders, save favorites, organize collections, and open support tickets.

You are responsible for all activities under your Account, including transactions and interactions with support.

Our Platform is designed to help you explore and discover digital products for multiple platforms, including PC, consoles, and software:

• Browse by platform, genre, or popularity.

• Use filters, tags, and search to quickly find games or bundles.

• Check product details, system requirements, and activation instructions before purchase.

• Access pre-order options and track release dates.

The Platform may provide recommendations based on your activity and previous purchases to enhance your experience. Users are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their device or platform.

Purchasing a digital product on the Platform involves:

Selecting Products: Add games, software, or bundles to your cart. Prices are displayed in your chosen currency (EUR, PLN, or GBP).

Payment: Complete payment via secure payment providers integrated into the Platform. Transaction history will be available in your account.

Key Delivery: After purchase, digital keys appear in your "My Library" or "Purchases" section. Click "Reveal Key" to access and copy it for activation.

Refunds: Once a key is revealed or activated, it cannot be refunded except as set out in our Refund Policy. If the key does not work, contact support for assistance.

For pre-orders, keys are delivered on the official release date, and you may track the status in your account.

3.1 Payment Methods. Fralforge accepts payments through secure third-party payment service providers. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, currency, and selected products, and may include:

• Credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks);

• Digital wallets and online payment solutions (where available).

All payments are processed securely by our authorized payment partners. Fralforge does not store full payment card details.

By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

Payments must be completed in full before digital products or activation keys are delivered to your account.

In case of payment failure, cancellation, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the transaction and withhold delivery of keys until the issue is resolved.

Any additional terms imposed by payment providers apply alongside these Terms.

4.1 Dashboard & Collections. Organize your purchases by creating collections (e.g., "Adventure Games" or "Xbox Series X Keys"). Tag items by genre, platform, or activation status. Quickly locate products using the search function.

4.2 My Purchases. View all purchased products, including game keys, bundles, and software licenses. Track details such as purchase date, platform, and status (Active, Used, Expired). Download invoices in PDF format for record-keeping.

4.3 Downloads & Activation Guides. Access guides, bonus content (soundtracks, DLC), and installation instructions. Filter by type or purchase date. Ensure proper activation according to the platform instructions.

4.4 Wishlist & Alerts. Save products for future purchase in your Wishlist. Receive notifications when prices drop or when products become available. Manage your Wishlist easily with "Buy Now" or "Remove" options.

4.5 Account Settings. Update profile information, change email, password, and display name. Select preferred currency (EUR, PLN, GBP) and language. Manage communication preferences.

4.6 Support. Open and track support tickets. Access past ticket history and their status. Receive assistance for product issues, activation problems, or account inquiries.

Activating Digital Products. Activation codes are tied to specific platforms and accounts. Follow the activation instructions in your "Downloads" section carefully. Codes are single-use and cannot be reused. If a code does not activate as expected, contact support and we will review the order in line with our Refund Policy. Some products have region-specific activation requirements, which are listed on the product page before purchase.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating or updating your account.

• Use all purchased products only for personal use; resale or sharing is prohibited.

• Respect the Platform and its systems; avoid hacking, bypassing security, or exploiting features.

• Comply with the rules of the platform where activation codes are redeemed.

Responsibilities of Fralforge. We commit to:

• Providing clear, accurate, and up-to-date product descriptions and details.

• Delivering purchased keys promptly to your account.

• Maintaining data security and privacy as per our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

• Offering timely support and assistance through tickets or contact forms.

All content on the Platform, including images, text, logos, and software, is owned by Fralforge or its partners.

You may browse and use the Platform for personal purposes only. Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.

Digital Products remain the intellectual property of their respective developers; purchasing a product grants only a limited, non-transferable license.

The Platform is provided "as is." Temporary outages, errors, or listing inaccuracies may occur.

We cannot guarantee perfect functionality of all activation codes due to external factors such as platform issues or activation requirements listed on the product page.

Users must verify compatibility with their devices and platform accounts before purchase.

Where an order issue is determined to be eligible after review, we provide support and may reissue or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

• Users may terminate their account by submitting a written request via email or support ticket.

• Fralforge may suspend or terminate an account immediately in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

For termination without cause, either party must provide at least 14 days' prior written notice.

Termination does not affect completed transactions, previously delivered digital products, or accrued rights and obligations.

Fralforge does not provide services, sell products, or conduct business with individuals or entities located in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, trade restrictions, or embargoes imposed by the United Kingdom or other applicable authorities.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any prohibited jurisdiction, and are not listed on any sanctions or restricted persons list.

We reserve the right to block access, suspend accounts, or cancel transactions where required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

If you experience an issue with a purchase, you agree to contact Fralforge support first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account;

• Revocation of delivered keys or licenses where legally permitted;

• Recovery actions for amounts owed, including administrative fees.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors with evidence of delivery, key activation, and account activity to contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Major changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
